"if we continue to let this happen"
We have absolutely no control over this situation. All I'll say about this is; the sanctuary has one stallion and two mares registered in the SHR. We have never gotten a stud report, so none of the offspring from the Sanctuary are registerable. However, that's true of several breeders. All I can say on behalf of the registry is "Caveat Emptor". One of the other Sulphur registries that doesn't require stud reports may be more lenient.
Nothing really to say about this, except to reitierate what I said earlier. The sanctuary has three horses registered with the SHR. How they represent the horses is completely out of our control. I would rather spend my time and energy working on what we CAN do, rather than spin our wheels focusing on what we can't.
I am in no way trying to disparage anyone, however, I don't believe in "there is nothing we can do". I am the type of person that I like to at least try every possible avenue before I resort to that type of thinking I guess.
Again, I'm not saying "there is nothing we can do." I'm saying, we need to FOCUS on what we can do, not obsess about what we can't.
